Our brokerage service at RDI Collective fused with our strategic partnerships in Architectural and Construction service place RDI Collective in a unique position to provide a fully integrated development service.
We start with an understanding of the clients needs, identify and negotiate a suitable site, help determine the highest and best use of the site, coordination of architectural design and entitlement and overseeing the Construction process. RDI Collective provides a full project management service and once complete, assist in the sale or leasing of the of asset .
These services are offered partially, in their entirety or on a JV bases.
