Carlos Oviedo is no stranger to personal growth, and disciplined commitment. These ideals are at the heart of who he is and the cornerstone of his personal brand. 

Carlos was consistently recognized for his leadership and management skills. Having helped build Assurance Properties originally as a sales agent to great success, Carlos was brought on as Vice President of operations and head of the Property Management division. Carlos now personally oversees and manages all maintenance, construction, leasing and sales staff culminating in a powerful network of global reach and authentic partnerships. 

Carlos was always on a path of betterment, developing his leadership skills as an AVID practitioner of martial arts.  Carlos is a black belt Gracie Barra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor where he honed his leadership acumen. He is also a practitioner of Kudo with the Kudo International Federation Daido Juku (Japanese MMA).

Today, Carlos's primary source of strength and drive is his family. Having a solid structure and crystal-clear mentality, Carlos simply gets it done.
