Meet the Staff

William has personally represented hundreds of clients in Orange County and Los Angeles real estate transactions, including residential, multi-family, and commercial sales. His career began in real estate acquisitions and public finance consulting, and he has worked with top national homebuilders and investment firms.

With a B.B.A. in Finance, an M.B.A. in Business Strategy from Claremont Graduate University, and the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation, William is a trusted expert for both property owners and buyers. 

He is also the branch chief of Team Kudo OC Anaheim Branch, a reigning double world champion martial arts team and Co-Director of the USA Kudo Federation. 

Carlos leads Assurance Properties’ Property Management division, overseeing leasing, maintenance, and operations for properties across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. His background in sales and operations management gives owners peace of mind that their investments are protected and profitable.

Carlos is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kudo, bringing discipline and precision to his work in real estate.
