William founded Assurance Properties, a real estate brokerage, property management and investment company in 2007. He has since managed a team of sales agents as well as a portfolio of real estate. Since 2005 as a real estate agent himself, he has personally represented hundreds of Clients in residential, multi-family and commercial transactions and is consistently among the top real estate brokers in California.

 

Prior to his life calling as a real estate broker, William worked in multifamily real estate acquisitions for the Bascom Group and a subsidiary of the Marcus and Millichap Companies. He then took a position with the Development Planning and Financing Group (DPFG) as a public finance consultant/specialist and was instrumental on high profiles projects such as the $200+ million-dollar bond infrastructure financing of the Platinum Triangle in Anaheim. As a consultant, William represented clients such as DR Horton, Centex Homes, KB Homes, Lennar Homes, Beazer Homes, BRE Properties, The Hanover Company, Nexus Properties/Windstar Communities, Chandler Partners, The Clarett Group, Foundation for Affordable Housing, and Trammell Crow.

 

Prior to his transition into the world of real estate, William took a position out of Graduate School as a Foreign Exchange market maker and speculator for Deutsche Bank AG and worked out of offices in Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, and Sydney before returning to California. He also began his career in High School as a Kirby vacuum cleaner salesperson and had a career high sale of 14 units in one month. He took his earnings from the sales and day traded stocks in the tech bubble of the late 1990’s. 

 

William holds a B.B.A. in finance, a M.B.A. in business strategy from the Claremont Graduate University Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, holds the designation of California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.

 

William has a son who is an avid baseball outfielder for the Woodbridge High School Warriors in Irvine. William is a practitioner of martial arts and is currently the branch chief of Kudo Anaheim/Orange County with the Kudo International Federation Daido Juku (Japanese MMA). He has also been a volunteer instructor since 2010 at Enshin Karate Irvine www.butokuden.com. He won the 2011 Colorado regional Sabaki Challenge tournament and was a challenger in the 2012 and 2015 World Sabaki Challenge.
